I probably should have written last night, but I got caught up in a phone conversation with and that conversation alone didn't happen until 1 am this morning. I spent a good part of last night playing "Hunter: The Reckoning" on the xbox. Steve and I got a good way through it, and I have to say that the game is pretty fun, and I really like the controller setup. Very good for a 3rd person perspective shooter since moving and sidestepping is very effective and very easy to do. Now only if the RPG was good. :( After my experience with it, it is an okay RPG, but doesn't seem to blend very well with the other White-Wolf games.

Speaking of RPGs, I got the new Star Wars book, which has some nice changes. I don't think my players are going to be too fond of some of the modifications though. What I will probably do is let them rebuild their characters, add a few levels, and let them pick up a few years down the line. I need to make copies of the new character sheets and play around with it a little. It's always nice to be familiar with the changes, especially before the "geekend" as likes to call it. Basically the usual RPG crew is going to get together for two straight days of gaming bliss. We aren't quite sure how many different games, or what systems, but we are going to RP our hearts out for a few days. Should be all sorts of fun.

Today, I will be doing my shopping since yesterday I couldn't (brother had car = GRRR), and I need to call Gretchen to see if we are going to her house for the Kings game tonight. I also just realized it is about 1 week until RECCA yay! is gripped by convention fever again

damn, they figured me out!
