Finished a track I had been working on for quite some time, titled "Justice" and stuck it on MP3.com. There is quite a sense of accomplishment tied to finishing something like that. Anyway, so that is done. http://www.mp3.com/DJMech for those interested. Should be up by tomorrow or the next day.
Anyway, today was a pretty big bore. Mostly because I am trying not to have anything major happen in my life right now. I have enough stress from school that I really have no desire to add social to the stress list as well. I have a lot of Spanish to do, a lot of Media Tools homework to do, and really...well, I should have been doing that instead of making music. Nothing I can really do about that now, eh? Anywho, getting back to my day, I skipped Physical Science because we weren't doing anything too terribly important. If we were, I suppose I would have gone instead of hanging with friends and such. Well, I was in my Spanish and HWI classes at least. (Cut me some slack, 2 out of 3 isn't so bad.) Tomorrow I have Spanish, then Media Tools, then the weekend is here, because I created my schedule to have no Friday classes. I need to hook up with Jen to go to Language lab too...I have not gone for this week. Actually (shh dun tell) I haven't gone any week. It is probably costing me points too. At least in the form of the Lab Book anyway.
Talking to Torrelo while I write this. She is creating a plexi glass coffin for a headless skelleton. Pat is doing some project for his art class, and Torrelo said she'd help. So I am talking to her while I keep checking voicemail. KK said she would be back at her house about 11:30. It is 12:30, no voicemail. Either A) she fell straight asleep, B) she forgot she said she would leave one, C) something is wrong. I am inclined to believe A. That girl hasn't been getting enough sleep lately. Nor have I, but that is another matter altogether. I will probably go to bed early tonight. Well, once I perfect a set I am working on. I have a party Thurs/Fri night and I need to have the final touches in place.
