Well, it is kind of hard to take care of things when the people that you need to directly address decide they aren't going to be there. And furthermore, they don't let you know they are not going to attend. So we had a good 'ole party at the ICC meeting without them. Basically the situation is moving higher up the food chain, which is quite okay by me. I can only do so much, and if others do some of the work, I am not about to interject.
So, what was going to be a fun meeting, and one I prepped for quite a bit both as Anime Club President and as ICC Treasurer ended up being for naught. Although the information will be good to pass upwards, I kinda wanted to have some fun this evening.
After the ICC Meeting, Jake and I came back to the apartment, and I gave Heather a ring since the Internet was on the fritz. We talked for a bit, I picked up two tickets to Spirited Away at AMC Kabuki, and we shot the bull for a bit before I had to leave for food. Dinner was some food at Denny's, which was not very appetizing, and then I came back here. I sat down, and have been fighting the still fritzy Internet since then. Hopefully, by the time I want to post this, it will be in the "Internet-on" state.
