Cosplay Thoughts: I need to go to home depot today and see what kind of plastic I can find. The idea for the broadsword was a success, only far too heavy to counterbalance. Let me see if I can explain the way it works.

Okay, that's the best I can draw in Photoshop LE at this hour. Anywho, ideas and feedback are encouraged.

The More Boring Sort of Things: And by boring I mean Sacramento. When there is nobody around to hang out with, you find yourself slowly going crazy. I am very thankful some people will be in Roseville over summer, since I will be splitting my time between there and Monterey. At least back at school when it is a beautiful day you can go to the beach. Here you can um, go outside. And so, for the day (Saturday) I did just that. I went outside, I got a few hairs cut, I fought with AT&T who doesn't seem to understand the concept of "planned obsolescence of technology", and then entertained family in the evening.

No about this AT&T thing. They have great coverage, I have to agree with that. They also give me service in my apartment, which is also very important. So far, I only have one major gripe with them. You can not get a new phone at anything under the "new phone" price. I talked with the people where I bought my phone, I talked with the regional outlet, and I even called 611 in an attempt to get a straight answer. Only one thing remained pretty standard. I will be paying out the ass for a new phone if I want one. The other option is to upgrade to GSM, which would mean digital. It would also mean I have to find out what kind of service I get in my apartment before I even think of switching. This directly means inviting Dave over and seeing what service is like in my room. I don't want to have the problem I did with Cingular where the coverage was too spotty to be useful.

Right now I type while chatting in mIRC (#kaizoku-fansubs moved to irc.animenetworks.org) and waiting on breakfast. It's Mother's Day, but breakfast this morning wasn't my duty this year. ^_^ It looks like I am having a pretty late start back home so hopefully traffic won't be too bad. If I could be home by 3, that would be swell. I need to finish my Tech Tutors web site and paper so I can be done with that class. All that will remain then is my Database class, for which I already have the final done and I just need to get it from ASAP. And just like that, the semester is suddenly over. Wow, I have two weeks of almost nothing now. I guess that means I should go and beat Skies of Arcadia, finish SD3 (Hawk's game), watch OP up to 20, finish VoH...

You get the idea.
