One day Becomes two

This will be a two part entry, if only because I intent to start it, post it, and then write in an update later tonight. Today has gone rather well for a Monday, although there is a lot I have to do tomorrow before I go back to school. Namely, I need to pack up my entire desk. "Strawberry Jam" by The Fine Print plays in the background, but since it is on shuffle I have no idea what is next. (Update: It was "It's all a Secret" by Akiko Yajima. Mad props and recognition to the first person to comment on what anime series the song is from, as well as what character Akiko plays. It is what is called an "image song", which is a fancy phrase for a song sung by the voice actor related to their character. I have yet to find one that isn't pretty in its own way.)

Blastrom got off to a late start, so instead of coming over early in the morning, we are meeting at Baja Fresh, which is a small little restaurant we go to just to chill. I will be getting a limited edition of Blastorm Zombie Killer, which I have seen and I know is simply amazing. My first limited edition comicit's something to be proud of. After that, at 8 something tonight, I am supposed to meet up with Carrie like I mentioned in my last entry. Hopefully she remembers to call though, as she sometimes forgets these things. ^_^

I also spent the lunch hour and a bit more with Welch, Thought, and Darth, which I admit was very enjoyable. Even Fett was there, which was cool, because I didn't know he was in town for the weekend. I think T, D, and F are the three people from HS that I don't mind seeing and doing stuff with on break. Correction, add CJ to that too. Four people from High School, and that's about it. It probably won't be until summer that I see any of them again, which I do admit sucks. As far as most of the other people from my school, while I know them, and may see them, I don't really have any intention of going out of my way to talk with them. That may have to do with the fact about half of them still have the HS mentality. Something I saw firsthand during Senior Ball.

At this point, the entry must pause, since I am off to meet Blastorm. Have no fear though, I shall touch this once again. Or, maybe that is why there should be fear? I dunno.

And we're back, and Jakob didn't post it and then update it like he said he would. Instead, this is just all going up at once. It's easier that way. I spent all of the evening with Blastorm, and I am now the proud owner of his limited edition book.

(Nine hours later...)

And we're back again. I am officially changing the date of this post, since now it is tomorrow. And there is a good reason for it. I talked to Spiraling last night for an ungodly nine hours. Yes, nine whole hours for those of you who need restatement in your lives. And what all did we talk about? I think the question is better put asking what we didn't talk about. I have not talked for that long in quite some time, and I think the last time I stayed up long was Anime Expo. The last time I stayed up that long where a convention was not involved was with my Media Tools class spring semester. And that was even for a class. On my own, for no reason, the last time I went from night to morning was back when I talked on the phone to people like Firefly and Katsama. It really has been that long, and really I am rather surprised I am still functioning normal.

Last night, ChilleD called while I was at the mall with Blastorm, and I couldn't call her back since I got back home at about 10:30, and there was notification of any kind as to if she had her phone. On the basis that she is back at school, I did not want to call and wake her, although it would have been nice to talk to her as opposed to Saturday where I spent a large part of my phone conversation just listening to her and her friend talk. :( Ah well, life moves on I suppose.

Shifting from yesterday to today, since today is today, I need to pack up my room. Not just for college, but also for the restoration people. My mother said "they" would pack things up and move them for me, but my look of horror simply said that they would not be moving anything off of my computer desk. Period.

Expect before and after shots in tonight's entry.

And I wonder, still I wonder who stopped the rain.
