Today was a day of fun filled shopping at the Northridge Mall in Salinas. Similar to the Arden Fair Mall back home in Sacramento, this mall is designed to be a one stop source for everything, regardless of income level, making it perfect for college students like myself. Card in hand since cash is so cumbersome, I began the fun. I took Ki with me today, since I was looking for gifts for EHtheOtter and Makari. On a side note, I had been doing so much with them that it was a welcome change. Needless to say, there was a lot of drama associated with Ki and I going shopping (people get the strangest notions). I got all my gifts I wanted to, and a few others for people I really wasn't sure what to get. It is a wonderful feeling when you see something that you know you simply -have- to get for a person. Still haven't found anything for Thought or THE, although thankfully if worse comes to worse, I can find them at home. It is buying for my net friends right now that is the hardest, since those need to be in the mail somewhere about now. This, of course, means letters need to be written, packages packed, and then one big trip to Mailboxes Etc. to deliver the goods. Looks like I have the next week jam-packed for me.
Outside of the mall trip, today was rather plain. Perhaps equated to the bagel that lacks in cream cheese or other goodies as such. Nothing special, but then again it is a bagel, so it can't be all that bad.
Yesterday was as crazy as I thought it to be, and I am still reeling from the whole ordeal associated with ICC and our Funding By-Laws. Tomorrow is going to be spent doing Homework and Treasurer stuff, perhaps with a break here and there to eat.
Okay, time to crack the whip on myself and start work early.
