Okay, so it's day one of school. Well, actually, it is post day one, and pre day two, but we are not going to be overly technical about the whole thing. The classes went well, although details are supplied below, and the night was full of food and fun. I ended up over at Charles for a bit, enjoying Para Para on his newly modified PS2. Happiness is best defined as dancing around because you can. The fact you are actually trying to accomplish something while doing it makes it all the more fun.

CST 311 was this morning, and while the professor seemed nice enough, the class seemed less than challenging. The class is an introduction to telecommunications, but it seems that some of us in the class are already somewhat familiar with the topics. The second half of the class may be important though, since it deals with stuff I have heard off, but haven't had much experience with. These first few weeks though are gonna be a sleeper.

The only other class of the day was CST 337, which is labeled Computer Architecture and Env. Based on the book, I have a deep down feeling that this class is the one that will begin with "This is a mouse," and end with "So what do you think of Assembly"? The class is a Core Outcome, meaning both Tech and Design track people will need to take it. That being said, the class can't be overly technical, but will have to land more on the side of non-tech. If the book says anything, the class should be pretty relaxing, aside from homework. I haven't gotten the books for either class, because I am going to try the Amazon route and see how the pricing stacks up.

After classes, I got a disk from Eric S. so I could finish the Kiosk program I had been working on. The bad disk was an omen, so I figured I would get it from him tomorrow. After that, it was home and dinner cooking time.

On Sunday, I had told Jake and Eric I would cook dinner, so cook dinner I did. Food was had by all, and from personal perspective, it was pretty good. By pretty good, I mean it tasted about like it was supposed to, despite the improvised utensils I had at my disposal. The food was gone, dishes were done, and then we made our way over to Charles' house, where Charles and I played some Para Para, and I got back into the dance-crack habit.

Now is time for homework, side projects, shower, and a good dose of sleep for tomorrow. Tomorrow is Anime Club, which means I have to actually function on campus for a large part of the day. ^_^
