I need to get in the habit of updating this more often, really I do. Since I have a lot to cover, I am going to do as much as possible before my body shuts down or morning comes, whichever is first to happen. These past few days (since Wed.) have been really crazy.
The reporting to the Financial Committee went off without a hitch, and there was no ASAP meeting, giving me a little breathing room to take care of a few small things at work (like lunch). After that was Instructional Design, where I spent a good part of the period talking over FirstClass with JP about geek girls and stuff, Forgetting how deep that topic really is, that carried us all the way into the C.O.O.L. meeting that afternoon. Seems I am now the treasurer for the Orientation Leaders, which gave me a task I will talk more about later. After the meeting, I begged Heather to come with me to the ICC Officer's meeting, which she finally did. I am glad she did too, since we had a lot to cover. After that, (we got done early, so this is 7pm) I came home, and rested finally. And it is about time too.
Thursday brought a full day of classes, and after work I stopped by Chat the Movies to say hi to some people. Then, as it was 8:30 or so, Makari, Eric, and I went over to Ethan's for some SW RPG action. The action never happened though. Ethan was out working on his capstone, so I helped Eric do his character, and we just shot the bull while Makari played some PS2 (Gran Turismo 3) in the background. It made for a relaxing evening.
Finally we reach Friday, which was a day of work, work, and more work. I started off with going to SACD to talk with Heather and explore some school stuff since she plans to transfer, and then I went to ASAP, caught some lunch, worked more at ASAP, had an ASAP meeting, went to dinner with the ASAP group, and then watched Office Space with ASAP. In other words, today was full of ASAP. Yay for a tutoring team that can tolerate each other for long periods of time. So that summed up Friday. And now, today, Saturday, is my Great America adventure, if that actually happens. If it does, then cool, as I will be going with Gretchen and Keri to ride some rides and chill / be social. We shall see how it goes.
